Terms of Service

Cult of Happy is a DBA under Ecopop, Inc., located at 111 E. San Antonio St., Lockhart, Texas 78644. By purchasing from this site, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All items are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees. Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but minor variations may occur—especially with handmade or limited-edition goods.

Customers under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent before purchasing.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or update these policies at any time without prior notice.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address only. When you place an order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and payment information.

We use third-party services including Squarespace, PayPal, Square, Stripe, Venmo, and Google Analytics to securely process and manage your data.

Your personal information will never be sold or shared. We believe in keeping things sacred, including your privacy.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the United States and internationally, using USPS, UPS, or print-on-demand fulfillment partners like Printful.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout as a flat rate based on your region.

Most items ship within 3 business days, though delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders to countries with unreliable delivery services or known shipping restrictions.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are handmade, made-to-order, or one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on apparel, headwear, original artwork, or limited-edition goods.

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 5 days at cultofhappy@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll review your claim and, in rare cases, may offer store credit or a replacement, depending on the situation. Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise noted.
